Bureau’s Move team coordinated the office relocation of 45 staff to align with the new
furniture installation which was taking place on-site.
Contents of filing cabinets and staff personal effects were transported to matched locations in the new space, reducing downtime. Once the goods were laid out, IT was installed to the desktop. With no time wasted locating goods from the previous office, the team were up and running straight away.
All 120 items of redundant furniture from BSPS previous Glasgow office space were sustainably cleared. Bureau Move guarantee ‘nothing goes to landfill’ so all desking was donated to a local school and all visitor and task chairs were redistributed via our charitable partner. All remaining goods were recycled by type and a Carbon Report provided to the client.
